Rad Na is a relatively common (and popular) Thai-Chinese dish consisting of wide rice noodles, meat (usually chicken or beef), and vegetables (typically Chinese broccoli). The dish requires only a small number of ingredients, a limited amount of preparation, and fairly short cooking times. Despite the apparent simplicity, however, it is difficult to find delicious Rad Na in restaurants as each cook does it differently.
